Refund Policy

We at MORA LIVING believe in utmost transparency while we display our products and try our best to convey the product quality and design through the images. Our products are made/printed by hand and may have slight irregularities that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process and must not be treated as defects.

Returns and refunds:

• That being said, for any reasons if you do not like the purchase, we will happy to accept a return and issue a store credit for the full amount against all returns once the returned package is received at our warehouse, under the following conditions:
• The return request for the product must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product by writing to us at contact@moraliving.com.
• Please ensure that the merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it, failing which your claim may be denied upon us receiving the product.
• If the reason of your return is that the product delivered to you does not match your order or has a manufacturing defect, we will pick-up the package at no cost.
• If the reason of your return is that for some reason you do not like your purchase or have changed your mind, we request you to self-ship it at the below mentioned address.
